We want your college student to be successful throughout their career in Tallahassee, whether they are attending Tallahassee Community College, Florida State University or Florida A & M University. They need a good foundation and support to gain this success, and we believe they will find that here within our community. At Gateway at Seminole Suites, we want to help support their productivity by providing them with essential amenities to help balance work, school and their active social life. From our 24 hour state of the art fitness center or computer lab, to one of our two relaxing pools our residents enjoy during those hot summer days. For the outdoor enthusiasts, we have a basketball or sand volleyball court along with picnic areas including BBQ grills. Gateway at Seminole Suites meets every need that your student will have while in college so they can achieve what they came here for in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Individual Leases

Individual leasing means peace of mind for you! Your financial responsibility is only for your student’s space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Gateway at Seminole Suites for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. This is just another reason why Gateway at Seminole Suites is your student’s best housing option!

On-site Professional Staff

Gateway at Seminole Suites has a full Community Assistant friendly staff that lives on-site and is able to assist our residents 7 days a week. Residents can come to the leasing office to fill out maintenance requests for their apartment, pick up packages, or get assistance with any questions or concerns they may have from our on-site managers. Our maintenance team responds to service requests quickly and professionally including providing 24 hour emergency maintenance so that your student’s comfort is not affected.

Affordable Floor Plans

Gateway at Seminole Suites offers two spacious, fully furnished floor plan options of 3 or 4 bedroom suites allowing your student to choose which one will best meet their needs. Each resident has their own private bath and personal, secure storage closet as well. Rent includes Cable with HBO, high-speed Ethernet and access to our amazing on-site amenities.

Fully Furnished

Gateway at Seminole Suites a fully-furnished community, saving you money! Each student will have a full-sized bed, built in large desk with, night stand, and 4 drawer dressers in their bedroom. The living area may have two matching sofas or a sofa and oversized chair, coffee table, end table and entertainment stand. Depending on their floor plan, their kitchen may have a table with 3-4 chairs or 3 bar stools.

Roommate Matching

If someone does not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one with our roommate matching process! Based on the roommate matching profile form each student completes, we will do our best to match your son or daughter with the best suited roommates we have already here or that will be new incoming residents as well.

Resident Events to Keep Students Involved

While the main focus of your student’s college career will be about graduating and advancing in the business world, they also need to have fun along the way! At Gateway at Seminole Suites, we hope your son or daughter will create life-long relationships and connections that will help them become even more successful in their future endeavors. Our friendly Community Assistant staff plans monthly resident events to get them involved. These events range from pizza day or ice cream socials to billiards or basketball tournaments. We started what will now be a huge annual event with Gateway’s Building Wars between our eleven buildings. This is an all day long, fun field day of events that bring our residents together for a great time. Gateway at Seminole Suites knows the importance of making our residents feel at home within our community and kick off the New Year each year with Resident Appreciation Week. Our monthly newsletter, The Suites Times, keeps residents up to date on important news within our complex as well as smart living tips.
